For most people the internet is email and some web
browsing. There is a lot more to it but the jargon and
techno-babble mean that many people miss out on ideas they
could exploit.
Sometimes the solution can just be looking at the problem
in a different way. For example, as small groups get larger
email can become something of a nightmare. How do you make
sure that an important change to an order doesn't end up
sitting in the mailbox of someone who has gone on holiday
or paternity leave?
You could buy a sophisticated email handling system (plus
the person to look after it) or you could use a little
lateral thinking. Give each client their own email address
on your system (eg
customer@taggoram.co.uk); all the emails from them then end
up in one place where any of your people can get at them
and your client feels they are getting special treatment
from you.

that all sounds too complicated, may be you need a
'ghost' to help you!
